Slotwise is building a supply chain operating system for Indian commerce — order, warehouse, transport, point of sale, reconciliation and planning on one governed command boundary. The full surface is designed; every module carries one of three labels, so you always know what is going live first, what is in build, and what is reserved.
What Slotwise is
Slotwise Company Pvt. Ltd. connects order orchestration, warehouse fulfilment, transportation, point of sale, reconciliation and planning into one governed operating layer, built for Indian commerce. Six suites — Order, Fulfil, Move, Sell, Settle and Plan — share a single command boundary, ledger and policy layer, so adding a suite is not an integration project.
Who we build for
Indian brands and commerce operators running at roughly 20,000 to 100,000 orders a day — quick commerce, D2C and marketplaces, omnichannel retail, 3PL and B2B distribution — where GST, e-way bills, TDS, COD and marketplace deductions are part of daily operations, not an edge case.
Where we are
Slotwise goes live in waves, starting with Slotwise Order, alongside founding-cohort parallel runs. We label every module honestly as going live first, in build, or reserved, and we will not demonstrate a capability that is not designed.

Vendors at our stage usually rent credibility from logos and analyst quadrants. We would rather you rent nothing: check the architecture, walk the product, and hold us to what is labelled — designed, in build, or reserved.
One boundary, or nothing.
Every capability we ship enters through the same command boundary and writes to the same ledger. If a feature would need a side door, we do not ship it.
Adoption must be reversible.
Nobody should bet an operation on a promise. Parallel run, daily parity, cutover one channel at a time — and a rehearsed way back.

We hire people who have run, built or fixed real operations software and want to do it properly this time. Roles open now:
Command boundary, ledger, idempotency and failure semantics at 10–20M transactions a day. Gurgaon or remote in India.
Handhelds, pack stations, control rooms and finance workbenches. You have watched real pickers use software.
Master-data mapping, integration contracts, daily parity, cutover gates. You will live in operator facilities.
